Returns & Exchanges Policy
At CTC Event Furniture, we strive to ensure your commercial and home furniture orders meet the highest standards of quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return for most items within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee.
Submit a Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully repackage the furniture in its original factory packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid additional fees.
Arrange Logistics
Affix the provided shipping labels to the exterior of the boxes and schedule a pickup or drop-off with the designated freight or parcel carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking costs.
